Estimates for installation projects — panels, rewires, chargers, generators, lighting — are free. Diagnostic troubleshooting visits have a flat service call fee, which we apply toward the repair if you have us do the work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold an electrical contractor license and carry full liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Our license number is listed in the footer of this site, and we’re happy to provide certificates of insurance on request.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Always. Any job that requires a permit gets one, and we file it — you never deal with the city yourself. We schedule the inspection, meet the inspector on site, and don’t consider the job finished until it passes.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes — if you smell burning, see sparks, or lose power to part of your home, call us any time. After-hours emergency calls carry a premium rate, which we tell you before dispatching a truck, never after.
How does your pricing work?
Flat-rate, quoted up front. Once we’ve diagnosed the problem or scoped the project, you get a firm number before any work starts. No hourly meter running, and the price doesn’t change unless you change the scope.
What warranty do you offer on your work?
All workmanship is covered for two years. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and make it right at no charge. Fixtures and equipment carry their manufacturers’ warranties on top of that, and we handle those claims for you.
